Method 1: Enable Rules

  • Choose the option of Manage Rules and Alerts

Method 3: Corruption using an Exchange Account

If you're using an Exchange account, then eliminating the rule, disabling Exchange Cache Mode, and then again creating the rule could fix the problem. After resolving the difficulty, you must enable Exchange Cache Mode again.
